Thea has over 17 years experience in the Remedial and Sports Massage industry and holds a Diploma of Remedial Massage plus an Honours Degree in Exercise Science… a perfect combination for delivering highly skilled treatment and individually-tailored advice.

Even though she regularly work with a number of elite athletes and teams, including the 2016 Australian Olympic Team in Rio & the Australian Swim Team, she was a handy Ironman Distance Triathlete in a former life, and loves working with a wide variety of clientele to keep them pain-free and performing at their best.

Thea has a special interest in the use of specific soft tissue techniques (including myofascial dry needling) to enhance performance and treat musculoskeletal conditions that cause pain and dysfunction, such as headaches & back pain. She is passionate about the numerous benefits that massage therapy can bring to the body, and advocates the use of soft tissue techniques as a maintenance strategy for good health and optimal performance.

Jason has recently relocated to the GC from Cairns with 25 years experience working across a variety of multidisciplinary allied health and my own clinics. He keeps himself in good shape and emphasizes to all clients the importance of maintaining movement and mobility for optimal health and wellbeing.
